These Terms govern your use of the trixkster.id website and the games published by Trixkster Note. Effective date: 6 September 2026.
Use of the website and games
The website and games are provided for personal, lawful entertainment. You must not misuse them, interfere with their operation, attempt to bypass security or advertising systems, or redistribute modified copies without permission.
Local progress
Game progress and high scores may be stored locally on your device. There is no guarantee that locally stored data will survive uninstalling a game, clearing app storage, changing devices, or an update.
Advertising and third-party services
Games may display advertising provided by third parties, including Google Mobile Ads. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Trixkster Note does not control the availability, content, or accuracy of third-party advertisements or linked external sites.
Updates and availability
Features of the website and games may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Everything is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties of any kind.
Intellectual property
The website and games, including software, design, artwork, audio, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Trixkster Note and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
